Swedish oasis under the arches

Tucked away under a railway arch in a comfortingly quiet spot in otherwise aggressively buzzy Hoxton/Shoreditch (and nearby burgeoning Haggerston) you'll find this excellent and modern-thinking, stone-oven Swedish bakery (started in 2008 in Stockholm) specialising in cinnamon and cardomom (and vanilla) buns and sourdough-based breads (including an outstanding baguette), with special attention to coffee too. Seating accommodates perhaps 20, so takeaway dominates the trade here. Opened late 2012....
