Very fine Vietnamese street food establishment started by acclaimed former Hakkasan Mayfair chef Jeff Tan. This is relatively affordable fine-quality ethnic cooking, with dishes such as crispy coconut calamari, pomelo prawn salad, grilled fresh water prawns and lamb chop Hanoi style.
