Manly leatherwear – chaps, jeans, waistcoats etc – and varied toys and accessories, under the domain of scene veteran Jonathan Wheatley, who worked at Expectations from 1989 until 2006, after which he started his own business – with leather tailor Richard Wilbraham [see entry] – in Arch 2 of the Hoist. Wheatley moved out in June 2013, relocating later in that year to this boutique-sized shop in south London. You don't need to be a freak to shop here, with stock that also includes bleachers, laces, jocks, wrestling suits, used army boots, cards, stimulants, cock-wear and arse-wear. Second-hand goods are available too. For the record, Wheatley's links to the London gay scene go back to 1984, when he worked as a barman at Harpoon Louie's in Earl's Court.
